Klingner, Walter, George age 83, of Toms River, on Sunday February 26, 2017. He was born in Manhattan, NY. Walter served with distinction in the Korean Conflict in the U.S Navy. He served on the Leonia Police Department for 38 years as Sergeant, retiring in 1995. Dear husband of Cynthia Klingner nee; Gismond. Loving father of Debra Malinofsky and her husband Thomas, William Klingner and his wife Lisa, Mark Klingner and his wife Kerry, and Karen Klingner. Beloved grandfather of Christopher, Curtis, Cynthia, Brandon, Katelynn, Allyson, Daniel, Kierstyn, Christian, Gianna, Ashley, Amber, Thomas and April.
