Mary, nee :Passarella, Sapanaro, age 94, of Edgewater, on Saturday May 6, 2017. She was born in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, 1 of 12 children, and is formerly of Hackensack. She worked for Quenzer Cleaners and as a Crossing Guard for Edgewater Schools. Dear wife of the Late Nicholas Sapanaro. Loving mother of Thomas Sapanaro and Madeline Goodwin and her husband Ed. Cherished grandmother of Amy Sandnes and her husband Ziggy, Nora Tibus and her husband Steve, Ed Goodwin III and his wife Dawn. Adored great grandmother of Olivia, Emily, Chris, Scott, Nicholas, Steven, Matthew, Eddie, David, and Meaghan.

The family will receive their friends on Tuesday, May 9 4:00 - 8:00 pm at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street "opposite the Fort Lee Library". The funeral will leave Wednesday, May 10 at 9:30 AM for the celebration of her funeral mass in Holy Rosary RC Church at 10:00 AM.
