I am truly sorry for your loss. I knew Mark only professionally from my work as a vendor manager at my prior employer for several years. Unlike many in this industry, he was always honest, professional, easy to deal with and knowledgeable. About a two years ago, my daughter was in between jobs and needed a temp assignment. A former co-worker recommended Mark. Calling him, I explained that I knew my daughter's job search might be out of his area, and unfortunately, I could not reciprocate by providing him leads into my current firm. He was eager to help. My daughter didn't get a job through him, but kept saying what great guy he was to work with. Just a few months ago, I thought about this effort and decided to call him and thank him. True to form, he was happy I called but wished he had been able to do more for my daughter and said "anytime, I am here to help". A life is made up of many people you touch and things you do. Mark was a lovely, kind person and it radiated through his work and his life. May his memory be a comfort.
