Obituary of Antonia Tursi

On June 28, 2021, at the age of 93, Antonia Tursi Mancini surrendered her soul to the Lord. Originally from Italy, Antonia called Fort Lee, NJ, her home for the last 26 years. She was a devoted mother to Maria Pia, Margherita, and Anna Mancini and a loving grandmother to Shawn and Alexa Carter, Adriana and Gianluca Cavallo, and Alessandro Romano. In Italy, she leaves behind her son Mimmo and his children, Paolo, Caterina and Francesco, and her oldest grandchild, Francesco, son of her late son, Paolo. Antonia will be remembered for her compassion, generous heart, wisdom, and hard work. She was a gentle soul who courageously faced life's hardships and overcame them with love, calm, patience, and faith. May she Rest In Peace. The funeral Mass will be held at Saint Nicholas Church at 442 East Brinkerhoff Avenue, Palisades Park, NJ on Wednesday, June 30th at 10:30 am. The family kindly requests privacy for the burial.
