Obituary of Joan B. Graff

Graff, Joan B., a.k.a Bachi age 88, of Cresskill, NJ formally of Edgewater, NJ on Monday July 26, 2021. She was born in Jersey City, NJ and was The "Lunch Lady" for 26 yrs. for the Edgewater Board of Education. A founding member of the Lady's Auxiliary for the Edgewater Volunteer Fire Department.

Beloved wife of the late William H. Graff. Devoted mother of Marie Kochis and her husband Steven, Gary Graff and his wife Susan, Joanie Kopczynski and her husband Mark. Cherished grandmother of Steven, Jr., Scott, Trevor, Dennis, Colette, Lisa, Beth, Ryan, Luke, and Brandon. Adoring great grandmother to Cara, Nick, Bella, John, Amaya, Kaylei, Jack, Autumn, Alexa, Aleah, Avery, Tripp, Beckly, Jack and Ella. Bachi enjoyed vacationing with her family, playing the lottery, word search puzzles and watching her game shows while in the company of her canine companion Apollo. Bachi was one of a kind and will be missed by many.

The family will receive their friends on Thursday from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street "opposite the Fort Lee Library". The funeral will leave at 9:30 AM for the celebration of her funeral mass in Holy Rosary R.C Church, Edgewater at 10:00 AM.
