Obituary of John Ghianni, Jr.
John Ghianni Jr. was born October 15, 1945 to the proud parents, John and Mary Ghianni in the Bronx, New York. He was their only child. At the age of 14 the family moved to Fort Lee, New Jersey. John completed his secondary education graduating from Fort lee high school. After graduating from high school he pursued his dream by attending the College of Performing Arts in New York City, where he majored in photography. Photography wasn't just a hobby for John it was his passion.
John was loved by so many, he was best known for his kindness, generosity and great sense of humor. It was often said that if anyone had a grievance with John there was something wrong with that individual.
John had a close, tight circle of friends. His best friends whom he often referred to as his "brother's from another mother" Thomas Shepard and Geoffrey Brantley had a friendship that existed for over decades, whether it was getting together on Sunday's for the weekly chess matches, celebrating birthdays, attending The Brantley's soulful holiday gatherings or just supporting each other with life's trials and tribulations. These men had a supportive bond that no one could come in between.
John is survived by his son Brandon and a host of loving friends.
