Obituary of Germana Rerecich

Germana Rerecich (nee Nicolich) age 99 of Palisades Park, passed away on October 17,2022. She was predeceased by her loving husband Andrea Rerecich in 1994. She is survived by her daughter Lorraine Franciscovic & husband Giuliano, as well as her daughter Janice Rerecich. She was a loving grandmother & will be dearly missed by all her grandchildren- Darian, Vanessa & her husband Brian, Ariana & her partner Darren, Isabella, Gabriella & Andre. Germana was fortunate to have lived such a long life & was able to spread her love even further with her great granddaughter Lily. She continues to be survived by her three siblings- Maria Carcich, Giovanna Rerecich, Antonio Nicolich & his wife Anna. Family was very important to her and she will also live on through her many nieces & nephews. Germana had a strong passion for gardening, cooking, sewing & most of all spending quality time with family members. Having a cup of espresso in the afternoon with friends & family was something she truly enjoyed.

She especially loved flowers with some of her favorites being dahlias, begonias, calla lilies & gerber daises. Therefore, we ask that in lieu of sending flowers, please plant a flower in your home in memory of Germana.

The family will receive their friends on Friday 9:30 - 10:30 AM at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street "opposite the Fort Lee Library". The funeral will leave Friday at 10:30 AM for the celebration of her funeral mass in St. John's R. C. Church at 11:00 AM.
