This is the last picture I took of Charlton when he came by my place with his son during Halloween on October 31, 2019. As you can see Charlton always had a smile on his face and I couldn’t get him to be a Mets fan even if I paid him:) He was a Yankee fan for life and would wear that Yankee cap everywhere. He was also the best neighbor I’ve ever had. Even though he moved out a couple of years ago after having lived on Hammett & Hillcrest in Fort Lee for a couple of years, we always stayed in contact via text or Social Media.
Charlton was also a very dedicated worker and I always remember him coming home really late after a long days work in his fancy sport car. He loved fast cars and he had a vey nice vehicle when he lived across from me back in the days. He was by far the coolest person I knew on the block. Charlton also had a heart of gold, was always a gentleman and would help you if you were in need. I am proud I got to know him and be his friend. I even found a handwritten note in an envelope he had given me for my 50th birthday back on October 14th, 2019. He had given me $50 and the note said he would promise to give me $100 when I turn 100 and ended with a laughing emoji. He always had a good sense of humor:)
Even though you have left us physically you will always be remembered my brother. Rest easy my friend and one day we will all meet up again in heaven to catch up and share some good laughs once again.

Time goes by so fast. It seems like yesterday when things were so simple. May we always remember the good times. I love you and will always miss you, Sang

Char was one of my Groomsmen at my wedding & he was so happy to be there for me. I never forget him telling me congratulations & how proud he was of me. He was truly a brother to me and a guy with a big heart! I will never forget you and may you rest in peace and hope you shine like you did on earth! You were a loss for everyone my brother and will be greatly missed., but will always be in my heart. God has gained a new Angel! My condolences to the family!
