I will miss my cousin Meighan dearly. He was so much to me. He influenced me in so many ways. I went photography school just because he was such a pro at it. When I needed advice he was always there to give me the best info needed. I will miss him dearly. He was the older brother of Kerry and Meighan always kept the family in line, his father never being there when they needed him both Meighan & Kerry stood by their mother to the end.
If I could onbly bring back the good ole days, the family get togethers were great.
May Meighan rest in peace with his mom, uncle and aunt where they are now looking after him.

I am deepened saddened of the loss of my Godfather and cousin. I remember all the family gatherings we had going up at your house or mine. I remember being told that they had to wait two years to christen me because they wanted you as my Godfather and waited for you to get out of the service. You will be missed by all, but I know that your Mother Asghan, your Uncle John and Aunt Agnes are taking care of you. May you rest in peace. Helen

We are so sorry for your loss. Mike was a great friend to myself, my husband Anthony and my daughter Daisy. He would always remind me how he held my daughter when she was an infant and he would come to her school to take pictures of her in her costume for the Halloween parade. When he came to her middle school with other veterans for a memorial day presentation she was so excited and gave him a big hug, when she went back into the stands to sit, her friends asked if he was her grandpa and she just told them yes. My husband and I will miss talking to him about our recent yard sale finds and how we did at the flea market and I will miss his visits to my crossing guard corner yelling "Hey Blondie how are you doing". He will be greatly missed.

I still remember the first time I met MK. How could I ever forget someone so unforgettable! Esther invited MK for supper, shortly after our December 1989 engagement. MK was like a big brother to Esther, looking after her during the years she waitressed at the West Gate. So he was there to check me out. We immediately hit it off and had a great evening together. Some of my favorite memories of MK:
1. Wedding photographer par excellence who asked me if it would be okay if we took one picture of him with my bride.
2. Visit to Wooster, Ohio shortly after our twins were born in June 1991. I don't think he had held a baby in years. But he very gently carried both of our newborns at once.
3. Visit to Albertville, France in 1996. MK would have preferred if the whole world spoke English ... but came and spent nearly a week with us while we were in French language study.
4. Letters. MK would write us occasionally while we were in Africa. His letters were entertaining and sometimes contained a $20 bill.
5. Visits to Nyack and Carlisle. MK made it a point to visit us during everyone of our home assignments. He would sometimes bring his scrap books and loved to talk about old times at the West Gate in Nyack.
MK was a dear friend who we are really going to miss. We send our love, prayers and sympathy to Zak and the whole family.
