I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to the family on the loss of your loved one. May God almighty, father of tender mercies and all comfort continue to strengthen you all (2 Corinthians 1:3,4). How eager we all are to see the fulfillment of Gods promise to completely remove death, tears, mourning, outcry and pain (Revelation 21:4). The Bible also provides assurance of the resurrection hope for our dead loved ones (John 5:25). May these promises from God bring you comfort. You can learn more about Gods purposes at www.jw.org

One of the very finest men you could ever possibly encounter. A true an absolute gentleman. I am deeply honored to say, I not only knew Lou, but that he was also a very dear and wonderful friend.
Every single day we sat in the park across the street from his home for the past several years. It was our daily ritual. We plotted the weather and how many days till the end of summer and the beginning of spring - when we would start all over again.
We kept track of the birds and the falling leaves to see how long we could remain before the cold weather won and finally forced us to retreat indoors for the winter. He knew pricisely where to position our chairs to stay warm, cool and/or out of the wind. He had it down to a science. And he was always right.
We laughed and talked about everything and spoke to every passerby. It was our own personal community club. He was loved, respected and admired by all. His passing leaves behind a tremendous void for so many of us and is truly an inconsolable loss. Lou was the kindest, most thoughtful, caring, considerate, selfless and generous man you could ever meet. The absolute paragon of dignity. Never a negative word or thought.
He is not gone, nor will he ever be. He is just not here. No matter where we go and what we do he will always, always remain with all of us. And for that mere fact alone,
I am eternally grateful and blessed.
