Obituary of Rosemarie C. Carathanassis

Carathanassis, Rosemarie, C. nee: Alberti, of Englewood, on October 12, 2016. She was born in Brooklyn and lived her life as a loving wife and mother. Beloved wife of Mani Carathanassis for 50 years. Devoted mother of Stacy Carathanassis and her fiancé Jim Orliw, and Christina Carathanassis. Cherished sister of Nina Manuele and pre-deceased by 11 brothers and sisters. Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Forever grateful for dear companion and care giver Donna Bristol. Rosemarie loved her family very deeply, and could often be found passing her time making flower arrangements and visiting Montauk, NY. The family will receive their friends on Friday 4:00 - 8:00 pm at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street "opposite the Fort Lee Library". The funeral will leave Saturday at 9:15 AM for the celebration of her funeral mass in St. John R. C. Church (Leonia) at 9:45 AM.
