My deepest condolences to Carol and all of Gene's family and friends. Gene had such a huge impact on me, my family, and so many others. I am so grateful for the visit I had with him on D street this past winter. Perhaps the best conversation I have had in my life, and it lasted all day, had a great burger at one of his favorite local burger places. I hated to leave.
Gene looked good and was in great spirits.
I am so grateful that he prepared me for this time.
Always very sad for everyone to see him go, but I find peace knowing he is at peace. He is once again perfect in every way, and he will always be with us and waiting for us.
