Obituary of Rosemarie Squeo

Squeo, Rosemarie, nee:Introcaso, of Palisades Park, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday October 6, 2017. She had recently celebrated her 93rd birthday. She was raised in North Bergen and graduated from Union Hill High School. She was the church organist at her beloved St. Rocco's Church. She is survived by Cosmo, affectionately known as Gus, her beloved husband of 64 years, whom she married at St. Rocco's. She was the devoted mother of Michael and his wife Mary, and Peter. She was the beloved grandmother of Michael and his wife Jennifer, Robert, and Laura and her husband Michael. She was the cherished great-grandmother of Michael and Charlotte. Before retirement, she loved her job as a lunch lady at Lindbergh Elementary School in Palisades Park. She is the Aunt and Godmother of many nieces and nephews. At any point of the day you could find her on her phone laughing with her countless friends and family. She maintained friendships, some of which started in grade school, throughout her lifetime. In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital. The family will receive their friends on Tuesday 4-8PM at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street "opposite the Fort Lee Library".
