I am sorry to read of the passing of Ron and hope you will please accept my late condolences. I worked with Ron in the Newark office of the U S Marshal Service from 1975 to 1977. What a fine man he was. As a rookie deputy U S Marshal, and because Ron was almost 20 years my senior, he took myself and several other new recruits under his wings to show us the ropes. What a fine teacher he was. Always professional with a keen sense of what was right and what was wrong. I addition to his service in the Special Operations Group, he was an outstanding fugitive investigator along with his partner the late Dick “Guido Panzinni’ Callaghan. His USMC training showed in the way he carried himself and his neat and fashionable dress. He was respected by all his colleagues and will be truly missed. Nesty Ojeda is my sister and partner to Keith Arp. Unfortunately, I did not get to meet Mr. Arp, but I can say that he and his beloved wife raised some amazing men! Over the course of time that Nesty and Keith have been together, I have gotten to know Keith and I love him as much as I love Nesty. He is a gentle and generous man with a big heart who has a love and appreciation for his family. I am glad that my girl Nesty found Keith through knowing and loving his family back in Pal Park. It is unfortunate that they have lost Mr. Arp, but I am sure that he would want them and the rest of his family to continue on with their lives, miss him, but not mourn for him. Mr. Arp, rest in peace and comfort now. From what I have heard about you, you lived your life the way you wanted to, not dictated or ruled by your illness, and gave joy to your family all of your days on this earth.
