I was back in Edgewater to visit a couple of weeks ago and stopped by to see Pat. It was so awesome to spend some time with him and see Deanna as well. I have many memories of Pat. We even lived together years ago before I moved out west. I have always loved Patty and his family. Our family grew up as neighbors. I’m so grateful for the time I got with him recently. Patrick, oh Patrick. My heart is breaking for my loss , but if you are with your family in heaven you are happy and that gives me peace. You told me that you regretted that you will not know your grandchildren and they wouldn't know you. But you raised very good boys who will tell them about you and emulate being the good father that you were. We have no way of knowing if when we get to heaven we can peek down to see how things are going but if we can I know you'll keep an eye on everyone.
