Since I live in the Linwood neighborhood, Hovig was handily available to take care of any problem which might arise with my glasses. Usually, when asked 'how much do I owe you' the answer was nothing. On one occasion when early in the morning I had knocked my glasses to the floor and then stepped on them, I walked over the Linwood Optical arriving prior to their opening.
Shortly, Hovig arrived, opened up and proceeded to straightened my frames. When asked 'how much do I owe you' I was surprised to hear him tell me, normally he charges nothing but on this occasion he had to charge me as was the practice when someone was waiting at the door-- $.05. I paid and thanked him for his service.
