Obituary of Donna Marie De Michele

De Michele, Donna Marie, life-long resident of Leonia, passed surrounded by her loving family on Monday December 21, 2020. Born in Jersey City she was a CPA and worked as a Chief Financial Officer during her career in accounting. In addition to her public career she had private clients that she serviced throughout the years. She truly loved her work, interacting with clients and peers. She had a passion for politics and was always up for a good debate. Beloved sister of Janet De Michele and her late husband Eddie, and Paulette Sommerhalter and her husband David. Dear aunt of Christopher, Kristina, Michael, Sara and Marc. Adored grand-aunt of Hunter Rose, Reagan, Eli and Matthew. She will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The family will receive their friends on Saturday 9:00 - 9:30 AM at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street “opposite the Fort Lee Library”. The funeral will leave Saturday at 9:30 AM for the celebration of her funeral mass in St. John R. C. Church at 10:00 AM.
