So very sorry to learn of the passing of Mr. Costa and extend our sympathies to his family. I have had the pleasure to know him since 1987 when our Company ADM Tronics first leased our facility in Northvale from him where we are still located. Throughout all those years all of my encounters with him were great and I appreciated his kindness, professionalism and courtesy to me and my late father. May he rest in eternal peace.

Poppy
I will always miss the Sundays at Costa poolside. Teaching the kids to swim. You always had a talent for that. Just tough enough and just easy enough to keep them confident enough to try and try.
The jokes and your ribbing me about my lack of grilling skills always where my favorite times. I could never seem to get Cathy’s steak rare enough and you would always be there too point out that it might be a tad overcooked. Always ready to throw a little gas on the fire. I loved it.
Our Vacations where legendary. My friends would question me you are going on vacation with your in laws? I would say yes, and they are the best vacations ever. So much fun.
Whether it was your condo in Highland beach or Disney or Greenbrier (best ever Vacation)
Your instigated Highland beach pajama contests with Caitlin and Tommy. Whoever has PJ’s on first is the winner! Poppy always won because he cheated or let’s say he was resourceful. One time we are all in the elevator and we live on 11th floor pop sneakily pushes 10 kids go running off and Pop goes up to 11 and changes into his PJ’S lol Pop Wins!
Next day kids are ready for all of his tricks and they push 11 on the elevator before he can touch the buttons. They figure they can outrun Pop to the room. Boom the door open they go running and laughing to the room, out they come from there room with PJ”S on and Pop is standing waiting forThem in his PJ”S, he had worn his pajamas under his clothing at dinner just to win again. The looks on the kids faces were priceless.
Who could forget the Poppy and Caitlin dinner dates at Arturo’s with the piano player in the background.
I remember Nanny stomping her foot forbidding Pop from going on the Jaws ride in Disney, wow he hopped right too, like an obedient soldier. That was so funny. My son Tommy loved that one.
Disney Vacation always organized (I will always envy his organizational skills) Pop says stop at Publix right before we get home and pick up a few things. Then he hands me a shopping list out of his pocket a mile long, he had it prepared when we left for vacation WOW! What you had that list all this time we laughed so hard….
Greenbrier vacation we drive a minibus to Virginia. Pop does most of the driving we go as Jim Bob and Billy Bob. Jim Bob (pop did most of the driving. Cathy and Pop reminded me of that fact for the next 30 year. So much fun I wish we had another 30 years….
I realize I could go on and on but I am crying too much.
Pop we all love you and we will always remember you.
Love Your son in law.
Tommy

I'm so sorry for the family's loss. Vince and I worked on real estate for nearly 25 years together and formed a great friendship, as was Vince's way. He was always so energetic and engaged in his business. He always valued his tenants and relationships and made people feel like a true partner. Vince enjoyed everything life had to offer!
Rest in eternal peace, my good man.

My Uncle Vinnie! I will miss you so much! You have always been there for my whole life. Many happy memories, Holidays spent together, all the good food and great laughs! Visiting your home without you there won’t be the same. You always had such a sense of style in everything! Such a gentleman,
