Dear Jane, Greg, Nanci, Jay, Jen, Kyle, Tyler, Jillian and Jace -
I'm very sorry for your loss of your beloved husband, father, father-in-law and Papou. Although I only knew George for a short period of time, I could see the love he had for all of you and how he loved to be with his family and especially his grandchildren! May you find comfort and support of family and friends during the months to come to get you through. He will always be with you and watching over you all.
It was beautiful service and a wonderful tribute to George. He will be missed.
xoxo

Mr. Makroulakis, I always enjoyed seeing you and speaking with you. Every year you would come down to Leonia and buy a holiday tree at the Sports Boosters tree sale, even though you lived in Fort Lee. I knew it was because that was the kind of guy you were, you wanted to help and be supportive. We all knew that about you. Each time I saw you, we wouldn't talk for long but it was always light and funny, and I always felt the better for it. I would always address you by your formal name, Mr. Makroulakis. After telling me to call you George the first couple of times, you let it go. You knew that I was just trying to show you respect, and you were OK with it. Such a good guy. Rest in peace Mr. Makroulakis. Our deepest sympathies to Mrs. Makroulakis, Greg, Jay and the entire Makroulakis family. May your pain be eased by your wonderful memories of him. God Bless. Brad & Noreen Wilds.
