We were one of the many who visited Mr.C’s story-time Tuesdays and Thursdays every week . He was so special to all of us , but he was the kindest and sweetest role model to all the children . The children LOVED Mr. C and he taught them every nursery rhyme there was to teach . He was a very , very special man who will be remembered by many , many families in Cliffside park and beyond . Thank you Mr. C, may you fly like the angel you were on earth .

Thank you, Mr. C, for always helping my students to find the perfect book for each one of them when we took our walks up from School 5. No matter how much noise we made you never lost your patience. We especially enjoyed the theme day events when you baked special treats. Chocolate Day and Bread Day were our favorites. You made visiting the library fun for many children who did not have the opportunity to get there on their own.

Brian was a close friend of Richard Castino and his wife Diane Castino. Brian served as an usher in our wedding in 1972. Brian went through school with Richard at Cliffside Park High School. Brian was a quiet man but loved to see us and share memories. He will be terribly missed by those who knew him. May he rest in peace.
