Margaret was my special 10 PM phone call when I was lonely. She always greeted these calls with a very angry, "YES JOHN". And then we would talk for the next 2 hours about birding, politics, travel, the community garden she belonged to, her van, and anything else that crossed our minds. I miss ya Peg! I miss you very much.

May your family find peace and solace as you hold the loving memories of Peggy in your minds and in your hearts. May God wrap her in his love as she enters through the holy gates for it is on earth her days have ceased yet she will live on forever in heaven. To Tara, Maggie your spouses and children our thoughts and prayers are with you.
God bless her soul.

Rest in peace Peg. You will be sorely missed in Edgewater, especially in our neighborhood. We were just talking about the time we took the belly dancing class in Cliffside and Bob parked the van. You had a good heart, peaceful soul and beautiful smile.

I remember Peg as an enthusiastic companion on many adventures, including trips to Newfoundland/Labrador and Turkey, not to mention more local destinations like Tenafly Nature Center and the bead store in Bergenfield. She was a supportive listener, and a participant in many group activities, including our Knitting Circle at the Edgewater Public Library. The Knitting Circle is completing an afghan in her memory, which will be donated to a charity.
